Mould Release & Curing Compound

Shutter release and curing compounds are used during concrete casting and curing processes. The range includes water-based and solvent-free mould release agents, along with water-based and acrylic copolymer–based curing compounds for concrete and plaster surfaces. These products are applied across precast, prestressed, RCC works, and other concrete surfaces.

Wall putty in Nigeria is used for surface preparation and finishing of internal and external walls. The range includes acrylic water-based wall putty suitable for application on rendered walls, hollow blocks, precast walls, and concrete ceilings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Admixtures are materials added to concrete or mortar during mixing to modify properties such as workability, setting time, strength development, and water resistance. They help improve concrete performance based on grade, application type, and site conditions.

Integral waterproofing admixtures reduce permeability throughout the concrete mix by limiting capillary absorption. Crystalline waterproofing admixtures penetrate concrete and react within capillaries to block water paths, resisting both positive and negative water pressure in structures like basements and water tanks.

New concrete can be bonded to existing concrete using suitable bonding agents applied to a properly prepared surface. These bonding agents improve adhesion between old and new concrete, ensuring a durable and long-lasting repair or extension.

For heavy machinery and areas subjected to dynamic or vibratory loads, high-strength, non-shrink grouts are commonly used. These grouts provide strong load transfer, dimensional stability, and long-term performance under continuous stress.

Yes. Tile-on-tile installation is possible using specially formulated tile adhesives designed for strong bonding over existing tiles. Proper surface cleaning and preparation are essential to ensure adhesion and prevent tile failure.

Running water leaks in cracks, joints, and form tie holes can be stopped using rapid-setting water-plugging compounds. These materials react quickly on contact with water and are used for emergency leak control in basements, tanks, and underground structures.
